These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Himalayan Edge Tours ("Company"), a tour and travel agency operating in India. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before booking any tours with us.
To book a tour, a deposit or full payment may be required, as specified in the tour details.
Payments can be made through various methods accepted by Himalayan Edge Tours, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.
The balance of the tour price must be paid before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company.
Cancellations made by the traveler must be in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Company's cancellation policy, which may vary based on the tour.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, unless the cancellation is due to reasons beyond the Company's control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute elements of a tour (e.g., accommodations, transport) due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.
Any changes made will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) are valid and obtained in advance.
The Company is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. The Company does not provide travel insurance.
The traveler is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.
The traveler is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the chosen tour. Any health conditions must be disclosed to the Company prior to booking.
The Company is not liable for any health issues or accidents that occur during the tour.
Travelers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their conduct is deemed disruptive or dangerous, with no refund provided.
The Company acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not liable for any losses, damages, accidents, delays, or changes in itineraries caused by these suppliers or third parties.
The Company's liability is limited to the total cost of the tour booked by the traveler.
Any complaints during the tour should be brought to the attention of the Company's representative immediately so that they can be addressed promptly.
If a satisfactory solution is not reached during the tour, formal complaints must be made in writing within 30 days of the tour's completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Company's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
By booking a tour with Himalayan Edge Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and it is the traveler's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
Please Note We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
